Technology Partners

XTrivain partners with global cybersecurity technology leaders to deliver best-fit solutions for every customer. Our technology partnerships ensure that the solutions we implement are backed by vendor support, current threat intelligence, and access to the latest capabilities.

We select technology partners based on their capability in specific security domains, their track record in enterprise deployments, and their relevance to the threat landscape facing Pakistani organisations. We do not recommend or implement technologies we have not thoroughly evaluated.

Our Technology Partner Ecosystem

Endpoint Detection and Response. Security Information and Event Management. Privileged Access Management. Email Security. Network Security. Vulnerability Management. Security Awareness Training.

Partnership Benefits

Our technology partnerships give XTrivain access to technical training and certifications, pre-release product information, escalation support channels, and competitive pricing that we pass on to our clients. Partnerships also give us access to threat intelligence feeds and early warning of emerging vulnerabilities affecting partner products.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does XTrivain recommend specific vendors or allow clients to choose?

We recommend based on your specific requirements, existing toolstack, and budget. Where multiple vendors meet your requirements, we present options with honest capability comparisons rather than defaulting to a preferred vendor.

Can XTrivain manage solutions from vendors not listed as partners?

Yes. We can manage and integrate a wide range of security technologies. Our partner list reflects where we have deepest expertise, not the limit of what we can work with.

Technology Partners

Xtrivain's Technology Partners.
13 platforms. One independent recommendation.

XTrivain holds 13 OEM technology partnerships across endpoint, network, vulnerability, OT, application security, and security awareness categories. We deploy and manage these tools for clients. Which one we recommend depends on the client environment and threat profile, not on which vendor pays the highest margin.

Our Technology Partners

13 partners across 7 categories.
Grouped by what they solve.

We hold partnerships across multiple vendors in most categories specifically so we can recommend the right one for each client rather than defaulting to a single preferred vendor.

Endpoint Detection & Response 2 vendors
Endpoint Security Platform Logo
Primary EDR

Primary EDR and XDR platform for MDR engagements and incident response. Our default recommendation for enterprise and mid-market endpoint protection.

Endpoint Security Platform Logo

Endpoint protection and threat intelligence platform used where licensing, budget, or existing infrastructure makes it the better fit over cloud-native EDR alternatives.

Network Security 2 vendors
Network Security Platform Logo

Firewall, SD-WAN, and unified threat management. Strong performance-per-cost ratio, widely deployed across mid-market and SME engagements in Pakistan.

Network Security Platform Logo

Firewall, network access control, and secure access solutions. The natural choice for clients with existing compatible network infrastructure already in place.

SIEM & Log Management 2 vendors
SIEM Platform Logo

Security information and event management for large, complex environments with diverse and custom log sources. Most flexible query language and the largest third-party integration ecosystem.

SIEM Platform Logo

SIEM deployment for clients with existing compatible infrastructure. Strong correlation engine and good performance in high-volume log environments.

Vulnerability Management 3 vendors
Vulnerability Management Platform Logo

Continuous vulnerability scanning and exposure management. Market-leading platform with strong compliance reporting for PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, and CIS Benchmarks.

Vulnerability Management Platform Logo

Cloud-based vulnerability assessment and compliance scanning. Strong for clients requiring a cloud-delivered platform with minimal on-premise infrastructure, including PCI-DSS ASV scanning.

Vulnerability Management Platform Logo

A platform for environments where integration with SIEM and SOAR workflows is a priority. Good remediation project management capabilities for tracking fixes through to closure.

OT & ICS Security 2 vendors
OT Security Platform Logo
Primary OT

Primary platform for industrial control system visibility and monitoring. Passive monitoring of OT environments without disrupting operations. Used on IEC 62443 compliance engagements across oil, gas, manufacturing, and utility clients.

OT Security Platform Logo

OT visibility and threat detection alternative platform. Deep industrial protocol support and asset intelligence for complex industrial environments with extensive legacy equipment.

Application Security 1 vendor
Application Security Platform Logo

Web application penetration testing toolkit used across all application security engagements. Manual testing combined with automated scanning for thorough application-layer assessment.

Security Awareness & Email Protection 2 vendors
Security Awareness Platform Logo

Phishing simulation and staff security awareness programmes. The most widely used platform for measuring and improving the human layer of an organisation's security posture.

Email Security Platform Logo

Email security, data loss prevention, and managed file transfer. Deployed for clients requiring layered protection against phishing, BEC, and outbound data exfiltration.

In Practice

What independent selection actually looks like.

Recent Engagement — Banking Sector

We recommended an alternative vulnerability management platform over our default one for a commercial bank, despite the default being our higher-volume platform.

The client's infrastructure was already cloud-first with minimal on-premise footprint, and their compliance team needed PCI-DSS ASV scanning built into the same platform doing vulnerability management. The alternative platform covered both requirements natively. Our default platform would have required a separate ASV scanning arrangement. The recommendation was documented in the proposal with this reasoning, not just a tool name.

How We Select Technology

Every engagement starts with your environment, not our portfolio.

Before recommending any technology, we assess the environment, identify the gaps, and match the tool to the requirement. The same process applies whether the engagement is a 40-person SME or an enterprise bank.

01

Assess what is already deployed

When a client already has a tool deployed, we work with it rather than replacing it without cause. Many clients have tools that are underutilised rather than absent.

02

Map the environment and threat profile

OS mix, cloud footprint, regulatory obligations, existing licensing, and the specific threats relevant to the client's sector all shape which platform fits.

03

Match the tool to the requirement

Not the highest-margin option. Not the most familiar option. The platform that solves the specific gap identified in the assessment, documented with a rationale.

04

Document the rationale in every proposal

Every recommendation is written down with the reasoning behind it, tied explicitly to the client environment. No verbal-only justification.

What Vendor-Agnostic Means

Vendor-agnostic in practice, not just in language.

We do not receive a higher margin for recommending one vendor over another in the same category.

That single fact is what makes every other claim on this page credible.

When a client already has a tool deployed, we work with it rather than replacing it without cause.
If a client's budget constrains the tool choice, we say so directly and scope the engagement accordingly.
Tool recommendations are documented in every proposal with a rationale tied to the client environment.
We hold partnerships across two or three vendors in most categories specifically to avoid defaulting to one.

FAQ

Common Questions

We work with whatever is already deployed in your environment. If you have an existing SIEM, firewall, or EDR, we assess whether it is configured correctly and being used effectively before recommending a replacement. Many clients already have tools that are underutilised rather than absent.
It depends on the environment. We deploy our primary EDR platform for most enterprise and mid-market engagements, with an alternative used where the primary platform is not viable due to licensing, compatibility, or existing contracts. We confirm the better fit during scoping.
Yes. We maintain a primary OT visibility platform providing passive monitoring of industrial control system environments without disrupting operations, with an alternative platform used where industrial protocol coverage or existing infrastructure makes it the better fit. Both are used on IEC 62443 compliance engagements and for ongoing OT security monitoring in oil and gas, manufacturing, and utility environments.
Our consultants maintain active certifications across our key technology partners. We participate in partner training programmes and maintain access to technical resources and escalation channels. Certifications relevant to a specific engagement are available on request.
No. Partner relationships affect which technology we recommend and how quickly we can escalate technical issues, not what we charge clients. Our fees are based on the scope of the engagement, not on which vendor's tooling is involved.
